Installing the app is step one of two. Flash STB opens to an empty configuration screen. You will need the portal address, playlist URL or login supplied by the IPTV provider you subscribe to. We cannot provide one and our support team is not permitted to help you find one.

Installation troubleshooting
The app is not in my TV's store
Check that your TV meets the platform requirement in the table above — Samsung sets before 2018 and webOS below 4.0 cannot run it. If the model is supported, the cause is usually regional staging. Contact support with your model number and country and we will tell you where the rollout stands.
Can I sideload it instead?
Only on Windows, and only from the installer on this page. Everywhere else we publish through official stores. Packages distributed elsewhere under our name are not ours, are not supported, and may be modified. Report them to support.
The app installed but the screen is blank after I entered my source
That is almost always the source rather than the app — a wrong address, an expired subscription, or a provider blocking the connection. Open Settings → Diagnostics for the exact connection error, then take that message to your provider.
Does one subscription cover all my devices?
No. One subscription runs one device at a time. You can move it to replacement hardware for free, but two televisions in use at once need a subscription each. See pricing.
